About Me

Hi, Y’all! My name is Nicki and I’m the face behind The Louisville Cookie Company. I’m a full-time physical therapist by day, and a cookier by night. I became interested in decorated sugar cookies by accident, really. I stumbled across a cookie decorating video while scrolling social media and I became hooked. I started watching them constantly and following other cookiers on IG. I decided I wanted to try it for myself and the rest is history.

I love the joy I can bring others through making cookies. I can’t wait to be a part of your next special event!
